Workshop: Burnout Prevention and Recovery

A customizable, one day workshop that will help participants to:

  • List the main contributors to burnout
  • List the areas of life that can be affected by burnout
  • Assess their own level of burnout using a list of symptoms
  • Present one burnout prevention or recovery strategy to the class
  • Create a plan for burnout recovery and resiliency which will reduce symptoms of burnout
